In conjunction with a large UK insurance broker 6SConsultants formed a partnership to provide Risk Management Solutions to Telecommunications companies. Work has included;
- Resolving large contractual and bidding Risks of a Japanese corporation including the management of their contractual risk, in order to maximise their future profitability.
- Assistance to a major Utility to independently asses the Risks associated with a major project in Australia, reviewing their Disaster Recovery Plan and providing information to support their negotiations with their insurers.
